Have you ever wanted to explore what relaxation could be for you and your body?
What could relaxation add to your life right now?
This class explores relaxation in every way possible!
What else is possible with relaxation that we have never even considered?
Join me as we dive into the space of the art of unwinding
This is an in person class. All welcome (under 18s need to be with an accompanying adult)
Bring a yoga mat, cosy blankets and cushions and anything else you or your body would like to make your session extra comfortable.
